Enjoy the magic of summer camp—after hours. Camp Aldo Evenings is a new summer series of relaxed, summer camp-inspired evenings. Join us for golden-hour adventures on the prairie, live music, local food and drinks, and hands-on activities.
Whether you’re coming for a date night, a family outing, or a casual evening with friends, Camp Aldo Evenings invite you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the Nature Center in a whole new way.
What to Expect?
Cash bar with beer, wild-crafted cocktails, and wine
Local food trucks
Live music on the grounds
Sunset trail walks through prairie and forest
A featured tie dye activity (pre-registration requested)
On-site childcare (for a fee)

No RSVP is necessary but pre-registering for childcare is suggested. Reserve your spot for the tie dye activity, as space is limited and pre-registration is requested.
Additional Information About On-site Childcare:
The environmental educators at Aldo Leopold Nature Center will provide high-quality on-site childcare during Camp Aldo Evenings so caregivers can relax and enjoy the event.
Childcare is offered at a flat rate of $35 per child.
Children may be dropped off and picked up at any time between 5:00–7:30 pm.
Children ages 5–11 are welcome (children must be potty trained).
Pre-registration is highly recommended, as space is limited.
You may register more than one child per event. If you would like to reserve childcare for multiple events, please fill out the form for each event.
Dinner will not be provided. Light snacks will be provided upon request.
