It's been 7 years since the 1st Ice Cream Social was held celebrating the Tin Man lighting. Free ice cream after the concert. Celebrity ice cream scoopers will provide various favors of free ice cream. Everyone is welcome. The date is Tuesday, July 16th, at 8 p.m. in Waterman Park.
