Ready, set, boo!
Time to lace up those sneakers, don your most “boo-tiful” costumes, and hit the pavement for the spooktacular 28th Annual L.A. Cancer Challenge 5K Walk/Run (LACC) Halloween charity race. The LACC is a beloved family tradition that unites parents, kiddos, and the community to support pancreatic cancer research.
Be sure to check out the FREE Fit Family Expo, where the thrills come alive at the health and fitness booths and in the Candy Land Kids Zone, a whimsical wonderland packed with sweet surprises. Kids and grown-ups alike can dive into Halloween-themed arts & crafts and bounce to their hearts’ delight in the moonbounce.
The LACC is more than just a race, it’s a day to make memories, flaunt costumes, and take meaningful steps toward a cure. Sponsored and produced by the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, the LACC supports groundbreaking research across three collaborative laboratories at UCLA. Whether you’re joining a team or flying solo, in-person or virtual, “ghost” the excuses and join the excitement.
In-person and virtual registration fee ranges from $25 - $55. Don’t miss out! Be sure to check for early bird specials and important registration deadlines, as fees may increase closer to race day; http://www.lacancerchallenge.com.
