For years, anime lovers have seen McDonald’s-inspired “WcDonald’s” restaurants pop up across some of their favorite movies and shows. And starting Feb. 26 in more than 30 participating markets around the world, WcDonald's is making the move from fiction to reality. We’re bringing fans’ creativity to life by unleashing the WcDonald’s universe in McDonald’s restaurants and beyond, including the first IRL WcDonald’s at the WcDonald’s Immersive Dining Experience in Los Angeles.
The WcDonald’s Immersive Dining Experience will be a multi-sensory dining experience - a genre-bending fusion of entertainment and food. Guests will be transported into the WcDonald’s universe through 360 projection mapping and immersive tabletop projections inspired by the four WcDonald’s anime episodic shorts – all while enjoying a set menu of WcDonald’s items.
Starting on Wednesday, February 28, guests can reserve a place for this ultra-exclusive opportunity by searching for “WcDonald’s Immersive Dining Experience” on the OpenTable app or OpenTable.com.
