SPOOKTACULAR HALLOWEEN FUN AT THE SHOPS AT SANTA ANITA
The Shops at Santa Anita, a vibrant super-regional shopping center adjacent to the Santa Anita racetrack in Arcadia, California (https://shopsatsantaanita.com), invites families to join its “Spooktacular Halloween” celebration on Friday, October 31st, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. centerwide. Kids ages 12 and under can trick-or-treat at participating retailers and candy stations hosted by the Arcadia Police Department Explorers while children 10 and under can take part in the center’s “Spooktacular Costume Contest” at 5 p.m., with contest registration from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., and prizes awarded to the top three costumes. These events are free of charge and open to the public; no pre-registration is required to attend.
