THE SHOPS AT MONTEBELLO TO CELEBRATE SANTA’S ARRIVAL DURING SPECTACULAR TREE LIGHTING EVENT
The Shops at Montebello, a modern super-regional enclosed shopping center in Montebello, California (www.shopsatmontebello.com), will welcome Santa to the center during a spectacular tree-lighting event with live entertainment. Starting at 11 a.m., families are invited to find the perfect spot to welcome the holiday season as they gather around the center’s 30-foot Christmas tree in Center Court. Before the tree lighting, the crowd will be entertained by Jingle 5, an a cappella/beatbox group featuring all the holiday cheer of traditional carolers with a contemporary flair that makes their performance wonderfully unique. Guests will enjoy a variety of free holiday giveaways (while supplies last). And costumed holiday characters, including a sugar plum fairy, elf, little drummer boy, ballerina, and candy cane stilt walkers, will interact with guests and provide Instagram-worthy selfie opportunities. Following the Jingle 5 performance, members of the Montebello City Council will light the tree and officially kick off the 2023 holiday shopping season. Following the tree lighting, guests are invited to visit Santa to share their wish lists and take professional photos they can treasure for a lifetime.
