Lies and Fairy Tales, an Inaugural Immersive Art Exhibition by LA-based Artist Eric Anwar
The opening night of Lies and Fairy Tales, a 10,000-square-foot immersive art exhibition by LA-based artist, Eric Anwar, will take place on March 2 in Santa Monica (716 Colorado Ave) with a press hour and cocktail reception starting at 5 PM minutes away from the official Frieze grounds. Providing sounds for the evening will be DJ Anastazja.
Anwar will showcase for the first time, 18 original pieces that provide an alternative point of view on the dissonance between the real world and fairy tales through acrylic and other mediums.
Over the past decade-plus, Anwar has been creating his pieces and curating this show which is now culminating to this moment. He has made waves in creative branding, advertising, and entrepreneurship using unconventional methods to elevate brands. Currently, he is the Head of Marketing for Zig-Zag Rolling Papers where he uses his creativity and vision for successful launches, brand campaigns, and more.
