RiverFest 2026
5th annual RiverFest, a FREE, all-ages, open-air environmental arts and community festival.
The event will showcase and celebrate the culture, history and people that shape the 51-mile LA River, with special focus on community and how this great waterway provides vital public space for recreation, for work, and for nature itself. This year's RiverFest will feature lots of local artists, thrilling live performances, an environmental art gallery and a bustling marketplace. We'll also have some new interactive eco-activities for the whole family and delicious food from some of L.A.'s best food trucks. While free, registration is required, and tickets will go fast.
Throughout the year, hundreds of FOLAR volunteers regularly help restore the River’s habitat; and FOLAR staff provide education in schools and at the River, while also participating in community discussions that encourage usable feedback (such as this current Lower River survey). RiverFest offers a day to meet and celebrate all those who want to help shape the future of our LA River.
