Our Mixed Martial Arts class is geared towards anyone who wants to learn or improve their MMA ability. The program is based off of a 7 level system that the kids will be tested on regularly for mobility. Instructor will cover diverse techniques for jiu jitsu, take-downs, wrestling, kickboxing, muay thai, and most importantly having fun!
Our Gymnastics class is designed develop strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness through progressive gymnastics skills while providing an introduction to the basic gymnastic events such as vault, tumbling, bars, and trampoline. All students will work on strength, fitness, and other skills.
These classes are designed to build confidence and strengthen the body & mind.
Class sizes are limited due to Covid. Class rooms and all mats are clean and sanitized in between each class. Temperature checks are taken before class and students are required to wash hands before and after class.
