We love to trouble-shoot problems. Most people get frustrated when a computer does not do what it is supposed to do. But we live to get to the bottom of those issues.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
After cleaning up a contractor’s computer, she literally could not believe how well everything worked.
