What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being an apartment manager for nine years prior to starting my business, I used many cleaning companies over the years and I always found the cleaning lacked a certain detail. I always thought that if I had my own cleaning company, I would train my cleaning crew better. I personally trained the cleaning crews.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making a difference. Cleaning a home and seeing the before and after is very gratifying. Meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients and the referrals that we receive let us know that we are making a difference.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
They like the detail we put into our work, and [customers say] they will refer us to friends.
