Giving back. As a skilled builder and contractor, Landmark leverages its experience in building new homes and completing full-home remodels in order to give the broad community a professional assessment of their home’s energy efficiency. Our goal? A greener LA, one home at a time.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In lieu of the drought and rising utility rates, Landmark decided to pursue a campaign to give back to the community by helping us all lower our energy demand. Lower energy demand doesn’t just mean lower monthly utility bills, it also means water for us all and avoiding another electrical blackout.
What do you love most about your job?
Besides helping homeowners get thousands of dollars in rebates and tax credits, helping homeowners understand that a more energy-efficient home is actually a healthier home and a more comfortable home. Energy-efficient homes have better air quality and healthier families.
