- Inspection
- Repair nail pops and reseal pipe collars at the top of the boot
- Replace up to 10 damaged shingles at the time of the appointment (shingles are provided by the homeowner)
- Caulk exposed nail heads
- Inspect and reseal caulk around the chimney flashing
- Inspect wall flashings
- Photograph any major repair needs that are found, and discuss the issue with the homeowner
