If you've never had a colonic before, we recommend starting with one. We start with having you fill out a health history form to make sure you don't have any conditions that would preclude your treatment. If you're frightened or nervous, we've all been there. Your privacy and safety are of utmost importance to us especially during this chaotic scary time we're living through together. We take all precautions and use EPA approved disinfectant to clean the device in between each client. The speculum that goes into your rectum is skinny and you can easily insert it yourself.

Privacy and safety are always at the forefront for us at Peace of Mind. Colonics are truly the ultimate in detox. Even if you have regular bowel movements, you're not cleaning the inside of the intestinal walls which increases the risk of colon cancer. If you have a family history or have a history yourself, getting regular colonics substantially reduces your risk of getting it. We provide clean fresh towels and blankets if requested along with water and electrolytes after your session. For a small fee, add on coffee to detox your liver, probiotics to balance your gut flora or a castor oil pack which add to the detox of your tummy and small bowel. We provide wipes, music upon request if you don't have your own, essential oils with CBD to help you relax and soft lighting. Feel free to bring a minor but you must be in the room with them the entire duration. We're happy to answer any questions you may have if you're new to this.
