Three Sound Bath Meditation Classes
Relax, center yourself, and deepen your meditation practice with me at The Bruja Spa, near Venice Beach! This is a group class (not a private session). You will be offered reiki infused hot herbal tea, made with love by me. I will guide you into deep relaxation with a guided meditation to help align your mind and body with spirit. Then, drift away during a beautiful sound bath!
No experience is necessary. This is a safe-space where there is no judgement! You can also ask questions or discuss your challenges before the meditation privately or within the group.
This is also a beautiful opportunity to connect with others on their spiritual and/or wellness journey!
Reiki infused herbal tea included! Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for yourself [$5 mat rental]
