These classes consist of a full-body, low-impact workout through utilizing the ballet barre and light weights

- Reduced class capacity to ensure the 6-foot social distance
- No-contact check-in
- No-touch corrections of positions during the class (teachers will be giving only verbal clues instead)
- The entire studio and equipment like mats and hand weights is sanitized between classes (there is at least 30-minute window between classes to ensure that)
