Elements Boutique is a boutique catering company in California. We cater private dinners for parties from intimate couples to large groups. In addition to specialized menus and food styling, we also offer private cooking classes for children, couples, and singles.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Chef White’s goal is to make food more approachable to the everyday person with his creative style of “upscale causal” We are constantly working to solidify our place as L.A.’s premiere boutique caterer. From dinner for two, cooking and simple intimate white linen brunches, to opulent themed events
What do you love most about your job?
The freedom to allow the world to experience food well past the plate. I have the opportunity to change peoples’ perception of food. From plate to prep, I love being involved with the entire process of food. It’s always exciting to see the a product go from plate to fruition.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
I often hear “I never liked…but this is so good.” Also, while introducing clients to new and interesting flavor profiles, they often say “Oh my God this is so unique and so delicious.” When I offer the unexpected and get the most unexpected nod of approval, it is always the best feedback!
