One 90-Minute Swedish Massage
Swedish massage focuses on increasing the bodies circulation and decreasing stress levels, gentle manipulation of the muscles will help guide them to a healthier state of being.
With a 90 minute session I can spend a significant amount of time working on any specific area you might have issues with while also providing quality time on the rest of the body.
The room used for your session is kept dark and quiet with the exception of relaxing music and is kept as close to 74° as possible. A table warmer is also used to allow complete relaxation.
During the session a non fragranced, hypoallergenic massage cream is used.
