AltaMed Health Services Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), a community of caring for more than 25 years, invites seniors who are 55 years or older to the grand opening of the new AltaMed PACE - Walnut Park Center on Saturday, May 18, from 11-3 p.m., located at 7716 Alameda St., Huntington Park, CA 90255. Come and explore the facility, meet our dedicated team, and learn about the services we offer, including medical care, transportation, and social support.
