Self Care Night
Listen to calming music, participate in guided meditation, and relax with a face mask and hand scrub the week before finals.
The school year is nearly over, and we know you have plenty of projects to finish and tests to study for this week. Don't burn out- come enjoy a relaxation break at the library!
Stop by the Loft after school to take a deep breath and relax with music, meditation and calming affirmations. You can even put on a face mask, drink some tea, and use a gentle moisturizing hand scrub.
