Ever wanted to learn the basics of knitting? Then this class is for you!
Patrons will learn beginning knitting skills and make cotton dishcloths. There will be two opportunities each month to learn. At the end of July, if you attend one class each month, you should have a knitted dishcloth to use. No previous knitting skills are necessary. Basic supplies will be provided the first class.
In May, we will be learning how to cast on and the knit stitch.
In June, we will learn how to read a simple knitting pattern and the purl stitch.
In July, we will learn how to bind off our work and weave in the ends of your finished dishcloth!
