EMPODERADAS, Educating, Empowering and Caring for Our Hispanic Women
UnitedHealthcare Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid, in partnership with REACH, is hosting a 12-month EMPODERADAS, a HISPANIC women’s health series, entirely in Spanish. The goal is to empower and educate Hispanic women to improve their overall well-being and manage the challenges and barriers you may be experiencing. As we approach a new year, the December session is on Dec. 20 and will focus on “financials at home”. Hispanic women are invited to attend and learn how to create a budget at home, analyze unnecessary expenses, plan for savings and holiday expenses. After the class, a certificate will be presented to each attendee on the same day.
