We're excited to bring back one of our favorite events, a 4-course beer dinner. In addition to a beer to start the night, each course will include a beer pairing selected by the chef and brewers.
This year's menu includes:
•Course I - Salmon Lox - kimchi, crispy shallots, dijon mustard, bagel chips, bed of microgreens, topped with quail egg and fennel fronds
•Course II - Roasted Fennel and Mushrooms - white bean purée with balsamic reduction
•Intermezzo - Bread Course - whipped feta, fermented garlic honey drizzle, tomato confit vinaigrette
•Course III - Herb and Sesame-Crusted Rack of Lamb - heirloom baby carrots, yogurt tahini sauce
•Course IV - Smoke Porter Tiramisu - hazelnut caramel crunch ice cream, affogato
Reserve your spot today--tickets are available through Tuesday, May 14th at 3:00pm so we can get the ingredients ordered. Dinner with the beer pairings will be $90, and dinner without the beer will be $75. All prices include both taxes and gratuity.
