Aligning Strategy For Organizational Growth
In this program, you will learn to assess the market and regulatory factors impacting your organization; clearly name your mission, vision, and strategic intentions; and align core processes, core competencies, culture, key metrics, and structure in response to those market and regulatory factors to achieve the organization’s mission, vision, and strategic intentions. Note: This is a hybrid program consisting of required online self-paced prework and a one-day in-person session. Completion of the online portion is required before attending the in-person program session. Estimated time to complete the online pre-work is 5-7 hours.
