This will be a Mat Pilates class flowing thru a series of dynamic movements of strengthening and finding balance designed to increase flexibility, core strength, and mental clarity!

Instructor will be Ashley Baker -- She has been a certified pilates instructor for 25 years. She has been classically trained and has experience working with injuries, athletes, beginners, and advanced students. She is known for her dynamic and descriptive classes.
Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for check-in.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and get ready to have some fun!
