Diabetic Social Health Fair 2024
Diabetic Social is hosting a Health Fair in Knoxville, TN. Our goal is to promote healthy living with diabetes through diet and exercise. In attendance will be medical experts, dieticians and personal trainers educating you on ways to help improve diabetes health. Other vendors will provide educational materials and demonstrations of products and tools such as Continuous Glucose Meters (CGMs) and insulin pump therapy.
During this event, there will be diabetes and glucose screenings to support and teach participants better ways to improve their health and live a life where they thrive rather than survive.
The mission is to create international awareness and education about the diabetic lifestyle through proper management and prevention.
