Free Divorce Workshop
Anderson County Family Justice Center to Host Free Divorce Workshop on July 26
OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — The Anderson County Family Justice Center (ACFJC) invites the public to
attend a free Second Saturday Divorce Workshop on Saturday, July 26, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the
ACFJC, located at 301 Broadway Avenue, Suite 100, Oak Ridge, TN.
This monthly workshop is open to anyone in the community seeking guidance, clarity, or support as they
navigate the emotional, legal, or financial aspects of divorce. Whether attendees are just considering
separation, in the middle of divorce proceedings, or still struggling with post-divorce issues, the workshop
provides a safe, supportive environment and access to expert information.
The July session will feature presentations from professionals including a family law attorney, financial
advisor, and counselor, each offering practical insights into the divorce process. Attendees will also learn
about local resources available through the ACFJC and community partners.
“There’s no roadmap for divorce, but this workshop helps people feel less alone and more empowered,”
said Charice Davis, Coordinated Community Response Specialist at ACFJC. “It’s about equipping our
community with the tools and information they need to move forward in a healthier way.”

The ACFJC is a safe and welcoming place where survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, elder
