Smithville Chamber Amateur BBQ Contest
All welcome - all ages and skill levels, but remember this is amateur backyard grilling!
Entry Catagories & Turn-in Times
Burgers w/all the fixins' - 11 - 11:30 a.m.
Chicken (leg or thigh) 1 to 1:30 p.m.
Pork Chop - 3 to 3:30 p.m.
Ribs (pork or beef bone-in) 5 to 5:30 p.m.

1st - $100 Chamber Cash
2nd - $75 Chamber Cash
3rd - $50 Chamber Cash
Golden Pineapple (best team spirit & hospitality - $50 cash
1:30 p.m. - Watermelon Eating Contest
2 p.m. - Conrhole Tournament *personal bags acceptable
3:30 p.m. - Egg Toss Contest
530 p.m. - Pie Eating Contest
