Free Weekly beginner Meditation Sessions in Lee's Summit!
Located at the Mid-Continent Public Library right there on the outer road of 50 Hwy and 3rd St, close to Freddy's. Come in and turn to your right to head to the conference room. The room is reserved from 5:30-6:30 so attendees can stop by right after work. No late walk-ins after 5:45pm please. You will be sitting in chairs, not on the floor, just FYI.
Sessions will be on Wednesday evenings, December 4th, 11th and 18th, and will hopefully resume after the holidays. Please rsvp so I have an idea of how many people to expect. But even if you forget to rsvp, please join us! If you have any questions, please feel free to message me directly.
A little about me:
I am a lifelong learner and spiritual wayshower, as well as the owner of The Happy Heart Collective, an events company focusing on personal development through wellness workshops and retreats. I thought that this could be a good opportunity to get to know other likeminded people in the area. I look forward to meeting you!
