Open for any Smithville resident with (child)ren or grandchildren that you'd like to spend some quality time with! Registration starts at 8:30 am at the front of Helvey park. Fishing starts at 9:30 am and fishermen and women can fish till 11:30 to try and catch the largest, smallest or the most fish in their age group! Trophies for all the winners! Hot dogs and Soda for all those in attendence when the fishing is over! This is a totally free event provided by The Smithville Kiwanis Club and their sponsors! Please DO NOT park on the grass!
