Valentine's Day Macaron and Beer Pairing & Raffle/Cocktail Hour with Sam
We've teamed up with Mint Macaron and our veteran, resident mixologist, Sam, to bring you a double-feature event that tastes as good as it looks.
Macaron and Beer Pairing/Gift Card Raffle - Hosted by Mint Macaron
Indulge in a limited-edition flight featuring 4 artisanal macarons specifically paired to compliment 4 of our favorite brews. After ordering your macaron and flight pairing, write your name and contact info on the back of your flight card and return it to the bar. The following Monday we will do a random drawing for a $50 Diametric/Burn Theory Gift Card and announce the winner!

Specialty Cocktail Hour - Hosted by Sam McManness
Sam is taking over the bar to serve up a one of a kind menu of Valentine's themed cocktails. Expect fresh flavors, romantic garnishes and maybe even a little liquid courage 😉
- Time: 12pm - 5pm
On top of our normal food menu we will also have a special 1/2 barbecue chicken tray with jalapeño cheddar cornbread, pit beans, deviled egg potato salad, and bread and butter pickles!
NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED, but the Macaron pairings are first come first served, so come early to snag your pairing before they disappear!
