The instructors are passionate about what they teach and are very qualified in their respective arts as well as fitness education.
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
We have classes for kids age 5-7 and 7-14. Adult classes are age 14 and up. Special, low-impact senior classes available from 60 and up.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It has been a lifelong dream to help the world become a better place by sharing with others something I have come to love.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others learn a life-long, effective life protection skill set and a develop a higher state of mental and physical well-being.
