What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We at Funktion Fit and Blue Valley MMA wanted to start a studio that provided a safe environment for people to achieve what we know are very personal goals, whether they be purely fitness related, or linked with personal protection. We are committed to each individual.
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing people reach milestones along the way to truly life-changing fitness and personal safety goals. Fitness and self defense are a way of life for us and we love sharing the path with others!
