Valentine's Day Dinner at SHOR American Seafood Grill
Guests can enjoy an indulgent three-course meal featuring a hot honey beet salad with a roasted bean medley, whipped feta, hot honey dressing, candied pepita seeds, arugula, and beet raisins. The main course, a standout pan-seared 14-oz bone-in ribeye served with horseradish aligote’ potato, mustard greens, and crab bearnaise. To conclude the evening, there is a decadent dark chocolate mousse tart accompanied by Chambord whipped sweet cream and garnished with blackberries, raspberries, a macaroon, and micro mint. This lovely prix fixe dinner is the perfect way to celebrate the holiday with amazing food and a beautiful atmosphere.
