Rethreaded's 13th Annual Birthday Party!
Join us on Saturday, July 27th, at 6:30 pm to celebrate, "Home Sweet Home," and be part of a heartwarming event honoring the many women who have found their home at Rethreaded. This celebration marks a significant milestone for our organization as we unveil our brand-new kitchen that will house our toffee production.
The evening will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a tour of the brand new facility. This kitchen will provide invaluable job experience for the women in our program and will be where we produce our famous toffee. As one of our toffee artisans put it, “What we are doing in the kitchen and what we are learning will bring opportunities to others. Building skills, working together, creating together, and collaborating to make great toffee will provide a future for other women to call Rethreaded ‘home’.”
The event will also feature a $30,000 matching challenge from Riverside Homes to support more survivors of human trafficking, and guests will have the unique opportunity to help us reach that through shopping and donations. The celebration will be enriched with music, food, drinks, and heartfelt moments as the community comes together to support all the women who have found their home at Rethreaded.
