Planetarium Night Live! presents "Islands in the Sky"
The Bryan-Gooding Planetarium at MOSH presents Planetarium Night Live!, a program that allows you to expand your mind and explore the cosmos through interactive demonstrations, space simulations, storytelling, and immersive, live-narrated video projection under the Planetarium's 60-foot dome. New insights await!
Early on, astronomers believed that the Milky Way WAS the Universe. Later, they were stunned to find other “Island Universes” through their improved telescopes. What have we learned since then about these picturesque and complex islands in the sky—the galaxies?
Doors to the Museum open at 6:30 p.m. Show starts at 7:00.
