9:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Start your day off right with a Welcome & Intention Setting, followed by some Mindful Movement (beginner Vinyasa yoga) and a walk on a Nature Trail. Take the time to connect with people and nature.
11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Lunch (Provided) and Nutrition Workshop
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Take your intention setting to a new level with a journaling exercise followed by a Trail Experience. Return to the group for a wrap up and extended Sound Bath and Meditation experience and Closing with Gratitude.
