New Year’s Day Surf & Turf Dinner at Hyatt Regency Jacksonville
Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront is hosting a special New Year’s Day “Surf & Turf” dinner at SHOR Seafood Grill.
The special dinner will be served between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. The menu begins with an appetizer of a romaine bibb salad with candied walnuts, chive rolled goat cheese, and a champagne vinaigrette. The entrée course will feature a smoked short rib with bordelaise and seared black cod served with mashed red potatoes, asparagus, and baby carrots. The dining experience concludes with a dessert of a champagne cupcake topped with vanilla buttercream and golden sprinkles.
