Dunkin’ Goes Bananas: Savannah Bananas Take Over Jacksonville Dunkin’
The “Greatest Show in Sports” will continue to run on Dunkin’, as the brand today announced the continuation of its partnership naming Dunkin’ as the favorite coffee and donut of the Savannah Bananas. As part of the team’s Banana Ball World Tour, the Savannah Bananas are hitting the road to play in Jacksonville’s own 121 Financial Ballpark March 1 – March 3.
On Saturday, March 2, the Savannah Bananas are taking over the Jacksonville Dunkin’ restaurant at 7005 Gate Parkway with a special surprise for guests ahead of the team’s matchup with The Party Animals that evening. From 9:00 a.m., the Jacksonville Dunkin’ will host players from the Savannah Bananas and The Party Animals, as well as a special appearance from Dunkin’ mascot Sprinkles. Players will go behind the counter to serve orders, treat guests to giveaways from the Dunkin’ prize wheel and also surprise lucky guests with tickets to the upcoming game on Saturday.
In fitting fashion, Dunkin’ will also fuel the Bananas’ fan-favorite Donut Batter of the Night feature March 1 – March 3 where fans at 121 Financial Ballpark will receive free MUNCHKINSâ Donut Hole Treats when the opposition’s designated “donut batter” goes down swinging.
