Jacksonville, FL | (November 7th and 9th, 2024) - The Beaches Town Center Agency, Inc. 501(3c) will host the Seventh Annual Beaches Tour of Homes, a fundraiser for the nonprofit.
The Tour of Homes on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 9 am to 5 pm features a carefully curated collection of homes within Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach. These generous families in our community are opening their homes to ticketed guests, showcasing their style, their architects, their designers, their landscapers and more! This year’s lineup includes 13 homes. A special VIP home and champagne brunch is available exclusively to VIP ticket holders.
What’s new? A Toast to the Tour Gala will kick off the Tour of Homes at One Ocean Resort & Spa on Thursday, November 7th from 6:30pm to 10:00pm with Master of Ceremony Vic Micolucci and the Chris Thomas Project Band, plus a LIVE and Silent Auction .
Another new tour feature is a VIP exclusive Oceanfront home for VIP ticket holders, who will attend a Champagne Jazz Brunch with featured entertainment “The Raisin Cake Orchestra” while touring the home. All proceeds from tour ticketing go directly back to BTCA community initiatives.
The Beaches Town Center Agency (BTCA) nonprofit organizes the event to supplement funds for the improvement of the Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach Central Business District. From engraved bricks, holiday lighting & decorations, landscaping projects, public art displays and other beautification projects. This all-volunteer board works with the cities of Atlantic and Neptune Beach to continue to improve the area for the comfort of Jacksonville visitors and beach residents. FUN Fact: Three of the homeowners showcased in this year’s Tour of Homes are former BTCA Board Members and have contributed their time and energy to this non-profit since its inception in 1991. And the tour includes a home that once was the “Atlantic Beach Post Office”, as well as a Seaside Residence- winner of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) award.

Doors will open on Saturday, November 9th at 9:00am for a one-day self-guided tour rain or shine. Volunteers will be on site, as well as home industry partners, to answer questions about the homes’ history and design.
Limited parking in the neighborhoods, guests are encouraged to bring their own bike, drive their own golf cart or use the limited access “hop on hop off” shuttle.
