Jacksonville Community Backpack Giveaway & Resource Event Provides Back-to-School Support for Local Families
Local families are invited to attend a community back-to-school event focused on helping students prepare for the upcoming school year through education resources, health services, and community connections.
The event will provide 250 free backpacks to students while supplies last. Families will also have the opportunity to access additional community resources, including student physicals, meet with representatives from local and state agencies, and connect with local organizations providing support and services to Jacksonville residents.
The event will feature special community participation, including a fire engine, a community police officer, and other local partners coming together to support students and families.
