Youth Vaping & Tobacco Use Symposium
Join us as we bring together parents, teen leaders, healthcare professionals, educators, and community champions throughout Northeast Florida to explore the challenges our youth face with vaping and tobacco use and how we can shape the environment to protect our kids from a lifetime addiction.
Highlights of the Event:
***Healthcare providers will gain valuable insights into current trends, effective intervention strategies, and community mobilization efforts.
***Teens will have the opportunity to learn about predatory marketing tactics, develop resiliency skills, and engage in advocacy to combat nicotine addiction.
***Parents and Caregivers will receive guidance on understanding trends, intervention strategies, and fostering supportive environments for their children.
***School educators and administrators will explore ways to create vape-free environments and access resources for anti-tobacco education.
