Thursday, 7/31 (ASL Interpreted), Friday, 8/1, Saturday, 8/2 All Performances are at 8pm Doors open at 7 SYNOPSIS: A fun spin on Shakespeare’s comic masterpiece, this production has all of the mistaken identity antics of the original and sets the action in Daytona Beach in the mid 80s! As a result of a collaboration with ACT A FOO Improv Crew, we have woven an exploration of the interplay between Shakespeare and improvisational comedy into this production. A perfect way to spend a summer evening in Indy! DISCLAIMER: Mild suggested violence. Mildly strong language. Suitable for most audiences. SCHEDULE: Doors open at 7:00pm. Performance begins at 8:00pm. There will be a brief intermission around 9pm with the show concluding at about10pm. Taggart Memorial Amphitheatre at Riverside Park, Indianapolis, IN The Indianapolis Shakespeare Company is thrilled to invite you to our third production in our 2025 season, Comedy of Errors. Our resident home is located at the Taggart Memorial Amphitheatre in Riverside Park. Our performances are FREE TO ATTEND, so bring lots of friends and family, and get ready to enjoy a fun show that will make you laugh and think in equal parts. NOTE: Indy Shakes will provide beach chairs and camping chairs to those unable to bring their own, but we encourage those who are able to please bring your own lawn chair, picnic blanket, or beach chair. Beach chairs and blankets only are permitted at the front section of the Amphitheatre. This is an outdoor event with no shade so please consider packing sunscreen, hat, bug spray, etc. to ensure the most comfortable experience! Handheld fans are permitted as long as they do not have flashing lights. Handheld fans will also be available for purchase at the Indy Shakes booth at the entrance. FOOD: Some nights may have food vendors, but we encourage you to bring your own food and drinks. Snacks, water and soda will also be available for purchase at the Indy Shakes tent each evening. PARKING: Onsite parking is FREE and golf cart shuttles will be available to assist patrons to and from their parking spot. Parking is available in the lots on the East & West sides of the Riverside Family Center and along N. White River Parkway East Drive. An ADA accessible drop-off & pickup zone is located on Burdsal Parkway at the South Entrance to the Amphitheatre. ADA parking is available in the Riverside Family Center parking lots.
