Spiritual Healing and Guided Meditation Service (ZOOM ONLY) 6-6-24 7PM-7:30PM
1st THURSDAY of the month at 7PM ET on ZOOM: Progressive Spiritualist Church (Indianapolis) invites you to a 30-MINUTE Spiritual Healing and Guided Visualization Service. The service will stream live on Zoom and is lovingly led by Cheryl Ann Borne.
To honor the sacred space we will create together, please ensure you arrive on time, as the meeting will be locked once it begins. Attendees will be muted throughout the service and will have the opportunity for group discussion at the conclusion.
Our journey begins with a short discussion on releasing our limiting (negative) emotions such as fear, grief, anger, guilt, worry and the like, drawing on timeless principals from yoga, ACIM A Course in Miracles, and the very popular Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT also known as Tapping.
Then we will embark on a deeply peaceful 20-minute guided visualization, a type of guided meditation designed to gently guide us to a state of emotional release and profound inner calm. This soothing journey will help us let go of stress and worry, allowing us to connect with a sense of serenity and balance. As we immerse ourselves in this tranquil experience, we will find a safe space to heal and rejuvenate, emerging with a renewed sense of peace and clarity. Join us for this transformative session, and let the calming energy wash over us, bringing us comfort and inner harmony.
There will be a short practice session on EFT/Tapping. Tapping is like giving ourselves a gentle reminder that we are safe, we are loved, and we have the strength to overcome any obstacle. It's a way to connect with our inner self and affirm our worth and achieve inner peace.
After the service, there will be an opportunity for group discussion, offering a space for participants to share their experiences or simply listen and feel the support of the community.
