Embark on a profound spiritual healing journey with Cheryl every first Thursday of the month. Our journey begins with a short lesson on an aspect of energy healing. Then we will embark on a deeply peaceful 20-minute guided visualization, a type of guided meditation designed to gently guide us to a state of emotional release and profound inner calm. Here, we connect with our inner guidance, angels, guides, nature, and other delights in the imaginal realm.
