Ronen Chamber Ensemble: Brilliant Winds, Take 2
Ronen welcomes Indianapolis native Natalie Debikey Scanio (flute and piccolo with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra) for Doppler’s famous flute duet “Andante et Rondo” with co-artistic director Alistair Howlett.
Also in the first half are a selection of arias by J. S. Bach, arranged for flute, oboe and piano.
Francis Poulenc’s extraordinary Sextet for winds and piano concludes the program.
