Explore one of the city’s oldest residential neighborhoods, trick-or-treat at designated stops, and hear guides share stories ranging from true crime and local lore to spooky architecture and truly scary renovations. Costumes are welcomed (but not required). This tour departs from Indiana Landmarks Center (1201 Central Ave, Indianapolis). Groups will cover just over 1 mile over the course of two hours.
