In November 2023, WE Brunch is back with a focus on "Women Building Generational Wealth."
Discover strategies, stories, and insights from women who have paved the way and learn how to secure your financial future and leave a legacy for the next generation.
Understanding the generational wealth concept is critical. It includes more than having extra money in the bank. Generational wealth refers to financial assets that are passed down through families to children, grandchildren, and beyond. This form of wealth can come in all shapes, sizes, and currencies. Some families own stocks, bonds, or real estate. Others build generational wealth with cash, companies, and investing.
But here’s our reality: "Broken down by gender, 59% of Black women aren't invested in anything, compared to 48% of Hispanic women, 34% of white women and 23% of white men," CNBC reported in 2021. A portfolio that transcends generations requires wisdom and financial literacy. Join our important discussion to ensure all women have the tools they need to continue to build generational wealth for their families.
