Laughter Yoga and Sound Bath Night is a guided experience that gently moves people from busy mind into relaxed presence. We start with playful, intentional laughter exercises paired with easy breathing. No jokes required, and no performance expected. The body does not really care whether laughter is spontaneous or invited, it responds the same way. Shoulders drop, tension softens, and people usually realize how long it has been since they breathed fully.
Once the energy lifts and settles, the space shifts into stillness. A sound bath uses sustained tones from instruments like singing bowls and chimes to create a steady vibration you can simply rest inside. Instead of trying to meditate, you are carried into it.
People tend to leave clearer, lighter, and surprisingly grounded, like their nervous system finally unclenched and remembered what calm feels like.
Bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket for the sound bath.
