Potbelly Cool Creek Commons Customer Appreciation Event
WHAT: Potbelly Cool Creek Commons is thanking fans for the warm welcome the community has shown since its opening five months ago with an appreciation event filled with the signature warmth and fun the iconic neighborhood sandwich shop is known for.
Carmel community residents, the local workforce and all who shop and dine in the area are encouraged to join the one-day celebration packed with fun, food, and prizes, including a chance to win Free Potbelly for a Year– reserved exclusively for the first 50 fans who come into the shop on October 24, 2025.
Throughout the morning, attendees can enjoy complimentary hand-dipped shake samples and half-off shakes from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Plus, Potbelly fans can play Plinko for exclusive merch and prizes, and soak in the brand’s warm, neighborhood vibes.
